A fantastic mixed metals watch chain compilation necklace from the late Victorian (ca1900s) era! This stunning piece is comprised of two different but wonderfully complimentary watch chains that fasten together to form a unique necklace. Both chains are crafted in gold fill, one in silver and rose gold hues and the other in a yellow gold hue, creating a fabulous tri-tone appeal. The silver and rose gold chain is from the Edwardian (ca1910) era and features beautiful curb links resting in a pattern of rose gold links that alternate with sections of silver links, coming together to create a wonderful two-tone appeal. A beautiful mixed metals toggle bar dangles from a short chain extension at the center, with each metal coming together in a lovely twisted rope design.
The yellow gold portion is from the Victorian (ca1880) era and comprised of elongated links, each one inlaid with a plaque of gorgeous bloodstone agate. A lovely etched border frames each stone, and an open circle and triangular shaped accent graces each end. The bloodstone plaques are stunning throughout the chain, displaying a deep forest green color marbled with natural vibrant orange flecks. Decorative connector links attach each bloodstone link together, and an elegant yellow gold filled toggle bar dangles from a short chain extension near the end of this portion. Both chains feature a swivel watch clasp (one stamped “F” and the other “NOTECKELL CHAIN CO”) that fasten the piece together, and are perfect for adding a favorite pendant or locket, if desired. The design and length of the piece lends it to be a fantastic long necklace, or two separate but shorter necklaces or beautiful pocket watch chains. Measurements: The two chain measures approximately 28″ long in total length. The two-tone chain measures approximately 15.5″ long. The toggle bar and extension chain hang about 1 1/4″ long. The yellow gold filled and bloodstone chain measures approximately 12 5/8″ long and each blood stone link measures about 7/8″ long, a little more than 1/8″ wide, and about 1/8″ thick. The toggle bar and extension chain hang about 1 7/8″ long.
Condition: The overall condition of the chain is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold-filled setting. The bloodstone links are secure and intact. The clasps fasten securely and are in good working condition.

Our policy is valid for 30 days. If it's been longer than 30 days since you purchased your item and we're unable to offer you a complete exchange or refund.
To be eligible for a return the item must be unused and in the same state that you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
