A fabulous bombé style ring from the Retro (ca1940s) era! Crafted in 18kt white and yellow gold, this fabulous piece has a classic Retro appeal and features sapphires and diamonds, all set within a dual-tone gold setting. Beautiful rich blue sapphires line the domed bombé front in a pavé style yellow gold setting, collectively weighing approximately 3.00+ctw. A curved white gold border lined with diamonds surrounds the surface of the sapphires. The band is crafted in yellow gold, perfectly completing the design. The contrast between the sapphires and diamonds paired with the multi-colored gold is classic for Retro era jewelry and the ring has a particularly bold look. Stamped along the inside shank is “750” gold purity mark and the letters “AJ” stamped on the outside of the shank indicating the makers mark. A truly stunning statement piece, this ring would make a unique addition to any collection!

Measurements: The ring has a finger size 7.5 and can be resized if needed. The front sapphire and diamond bombé design measures approximately 7/8″ wide and 3/4″ tall. When worn, the ring rests roughly 1/2″ above the finger.

Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold setting and all of the sapphires and diamonds are intact and securely set.
