Wonderful chalcedony earrings from the Victorian (ca1880) era! Each earring begins with a bezel set chalcedony stone that rests within vibrant 14kt yellow gold. Dangling from the simple surmount is a long teardrop shaped chalcedony stone. The chalcedony is a translucent, pearly white and the top of each teardrop is capped with a small 14kt gold topper. These stunning earrings are in beautiful condition and would look great worn at night or during the day!
Measurements: Each earring hangs a little less than 2 3/8″ long and 3/8” wide and thick. The diameter of the top chalcedony topper is 3/8”.
Condition: The overall condition of the earrings is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold or chalcedony stones, which are intact.
